Until now, personal customers have been served through individual TE offices’ telephone services and the national telephone service.
During the current year, a national TE telephone service for personal customers has been gradually taken into use. Starting from early December, every TE office will be included in the common telephone service available in Finnish and Swedish.
TE offices’ and national telephone services’ current service numbers for personal customers are in use until the end of the year 2016.

The availability of telephone services for personal customers has become better due to the common telephone service. The answering percent of phone calls was 89 in October. Customers have given positive feedback for the quick access to the service among other things.
The service of employers continues to be provided by the TE offices’ individual telephone services in the future. The national telephone services providing unemployment advice, education advice and career guidance in Finnish and Swedish will be available as before.
