Calls will be answered in chronological order. If the lines are busy, you may either queue or leave us a request to call you back. A call back request can be made between 9 am and 2 pm. We will try to reach you by calling from a 0295-number, usually within one hour time.
Note that the telephone service will not make any authoritative decisions on your matters.
