We want to ensure the safety of our customers and specialists, which is why our specialists will mainly provide remote services electronically. Please check first if your question has already been answered in E-Services or on our website, which are available online 24/7.
The best and fastest way to use our services is to use our E-Services
You can also call us by phone. To avoid overloading our services, please call the telephone service in urgent situations only.
If you are unable to use our electronic services, you can use secure mail to send confidential messages. For this, you need a personal email address. From the dropdown menu in the service, you can select the registry of the office of your choice as the recipient, and you can add attachments to the message.
If you do not have access to electronic or telephone services, the TE Offices also provide forms as printouts.
As employment services must remain functional even in emergency conditions, TE Offices will not be closed completely. However, due to the current situation, physical interaction is restricted so that a maximum of 10 people may be at the lobby of a TE Office at a time.
Customers who have flu-like symptoms and who have arrived from abroad during the last two weeks are instructed not to enter any TE Office lobby and to call the telephone service instead.
Different offices will have varying opening hours and other arrangements that enable physical services. You can find instructions and contact information on the website of your TE Office.
