Information for new immigrants

On this page you will find the videos that are meant for the immigrant customers of Employment and Economic Development Offices, or the TE Offices – to support your integration and employment in Finland. The videos are available in six languages (Arabic, Dari, Chinese, Kurdish/Sorani, Somali, Thai).

In the first video you will learn what it means to be a customer in the TE Office – as well as what are the stepping stones of your customer journey. The second video is about your rights and obligations as an unemployed jobseeker.

On the right hand side of the page you will find the “Guide for new immigrant client of the employment and economic development office”. These pdf guides are available in fourteen different languages.
