Entrepreneur: If your right to labour market subsidy is extended, the TE Office will contact you

If the President confirms the proposed amendments to the temporary Unemployment Security Act on Friday 26 June 2020, the entrepreneur's right to labour market subsidy will continue until 31 December 2020.

If the entrepreneur has not yet found employment in their business operations due to the corona situation, or if the situation has not otherwise changed since 1 July, the TE Office will be in contact to check the situation. If there are other needs for service, that will also be agreed upon on that occasion.

If you are contacted by phone, the call will be coming from a phone number starting with 0295.

If the entrepreneur has recently been dealing with the TE Office and the information the TE Office has is up-to-date, it may issue a labour policy statement without needing to contact the entrepreneur. In such a situation, however, the TE Office sends the statements and instructions to the entrepreneur separately.

Remember to always let your TE Office know if there are changes in your job search situation. The most convenient way to do this is to visit the E-Services of the TE Services.
