The autumn joint application period for higher education has started at 8 a.m. on 2 September 2020 and will continue until 3 p.m. on 16 September 2020. With a joint application for higher education, you can apply to both universities of applied sciences and universities.The application mainly includes Finnish language education. Most of the study programmes are organised at the universities of applied sciences: the application includes 20 universities of applied sciences and 5 universities.

Universities of applied sciences have introduced a joint entrance examination for which you can register when you fill in the application form. Invitations for entrance examinations will not be sent separately.

The higher education institutions will publish the results of the student selection by 27 November 2020. You must accept the study place offered by 4 December 2020. The studies will start in January 2021.
