Changes for personal customers


The beginning of July brought changes for personal customers in TE Services. The instructions on how to proceed, the ways of using the services related to your job search and the deadlines vary based on the information you have given when you registered as a job seeker or informed the TE services about a change in your job search.

As you use the E-Services  

Read carefully all the instructions and acknowledgements of reception you receive in the E-Services, and act as instructed within the set periods of time.

When you follow this advice your job search will remain valid. If the job search is not valid, you will not have a right to unemployment benefit.

If you are unable to use the E-Services, the instructions and deadlines will be given to you when you meet with a TE Services expert.
