Managing issues with an authorisation in TE Services


The personal customers of the TE Services may use an authorisation to grant another person the right to manage some of their issues in TE services. TE Services cannot accept a general authorization: the issues to be managed by the other person must be specified in the authorisation document.

Jobseekers primarily manage their issues in person, therefore the authorisation may not be used for purposes such as beginning a job search, notifying of changes to, or ending of, job search, or managing issues that require personal attendance.
